AN AVID FAN of musical theatre, Mandi is a professional singer, actress and dancer and is currently partaking in a degree in music at Goldsmiths College. Past credits have included Audrey in Little Shop of Horrors, Florence in Chess, Meredith Parker in Bat Boy and Festrada in Pippin.
Amanda is also a starving musician, though she thorougly enjoys food. Not only is she a highly adept vocalist, she enjoys playing guitar, songwriting and can also play the recorder through her nose. She had the pleasure of last year playing in the band pit of Hedwig and The Angry Inch - only as a guitarist however. Though she appreciates her latter musical talent is nothing short of oustanding - no musical score of any kind (not even John Adams or Phillip Glass) has yet required nostril powered recorders.
Recently, Miss Bailey has partaken in Five voices and a Piano - The Best of the West End, where she performed with West End board-tredders Ben Smythe (Young Scrooge UK Tour) and Sarah Jane Hassell (Dr. Dolittle, Les Miserables, City of Angels, et al). Such show selections sung of which songs were sung by Madame Bailey were Mamma Mia, Blood Brothers and The Lion King. Dame Bailey also had the pleasure of portraying Sandy whilst singing about her Summer Nights.
In her spare time, Lady Bailey likes theme parks, old school computer games, movies, chocolate and Jeremy Kyle - but not necessarily in that order. A fan of comedy, she also enjoys (but has no relation to) Bill Bailey and the films of Simon Pegg.
